We Do Not Ship Puppies: All puppies /kittens must be purchased at the storefront in person. 

Pet Boutique Accessories Items: All boutique items are prepared to ship within 3 to 7 days after purchase. Most in-stock items will arrive within 1-3 weeks after order is placed. However certain stock items may take longer 3-4 weeks. Shipping time is an estimate and dates are not guarantee as there are some delays due to unforeseen weather, bank/holidays and based on demand, the product may take longer to ship. Note we do not ship internationally at this time, US only.
